Constructional Behaviour Therapy is a novel approach to mental disorders. The main feature is its focus on expanding the range of the client’s successful behaviour in order to prevent the occurrence of disorder.
Constructional Behaviour Therapy is based on the vast amount of knowledge coming from the experimental analysis of behaviour as carried out in the laboratory. Particularly, the data on environmental stimuli as the controlling variables of functionally different behaviour are the core of this approach.
